Tanya Doyle has a passion for solving problems. As the COO/Integrator at Vantec in Webster City, Tanya wakes up each morning looking forward to the many problems that will be identified. Tanya believes the best way to learn and improve is by active problem solving. Tanya has spent more than 2 decades practicing lean continuous improvement and problem solving in addition to having served as Plant Controller for a global food company, led several ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations including JD Edwards and SAP, led the development of both an Information Technology team and a Quality team, and is the owner of a vintage motorcycle dealership. Tanya received her BBA in Accounting from Iowa State University before starting her career and later returned to Iowa State University to complete a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems.
