LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT TRAINING
This class is designed for all those individuals and teams that are interested in learning how to lead and conduct continual improvement (Lean Six Sigma) projects. Students will learn intermediate statistical and root cause analysis tools; how to form and work together in teams; the PDSA/DMAIC/9-Step Problem Solving Process; how to create and present proposed solutions for management/leadership buy-in and support. Why choose the IQC? At no extra cost the option to certify as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt includes coaching and mentoring from our local expert facilitators.

Lean 101 - Metro Community College, Continuing Education
Dates: March 11-25, 2019
Meets: M from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: FOC Bldg 024, Fort Omaha Campus 206
Registration Fee: $199.00
Participants explore the foundations of lean tools and concepts. Through hands-on activities, short projects, and collaborative exercises, participants discover the basics of lean including principles of problem-solving, significance of eliminating waste, value of standardized work, visual management, and methods for professional and personal development. Upon successful completion of all course competencies, participants earn an MCC digital badge in the Fundamentals of Lean.
